MARENA LIN FOR CONGRESS

Closing the gap between the words we say and the reality we want
Fighting for:
- A humane immigration system
- Reliable healthcare
- Housing and food benefits for the most vulnerable among us
- AI regulation
- Economic opportunity for all families in California's 32nd District
From Malibu to the San Fernando Valley, our communities deserve to have their needs and beliefs represented.
Standing Up For Our Community
Healthcare, food security, and insurance
Premiums and deductibles doubled while Congress cuts SNAP and Medi-Cal—programs that serve our elderly, children, and disabled. 29% of our district is on Medi-Cal; 10% relies on SNAP. I'll fight for universal healthcare and restore the safety net so no one chooses between healthcare or paying rent.

For CA-32 Households, Hidden Costs and Healthcare Coverage Gaps Remain
Over the past decade (2014–2024), healthcare costs have quietly eroded family budgets:
Average single deductible rose from $917 to $1,787 (+95%) between 2014–2024
Enhanced subsidies expired — enrollee out-of-pocket costs up 114% on average (KFF)
29% of CA-32 residents (216,316 people) rely on Medi-Cal
